Ongoing Support: How Pricing Works
Our pricing is based on your organization's team size. This approach makes professional services more affordable than hiring full-time specialists or paying typical consulting rates. As your organization grows, the per-person rate decreases.
Standard Monthly Rate per Employee

Defining Staff Roles:
- Full-time staff: Defined as working >28 hours per week, on average.
- Part-time staff: Charged 50% of the full-time rate (8-28 hours per week).
- Relief & Casual staff: Charged 25% of the full-time rate (<8 hours per week).
- Volunteers, Summer Students, and Interns: Support services for these roles are donated at no cost, emphasizing our commitment to grassroots organizations.
This pricing structure means larger organizations benefit from lower per-person rates. Technology tools from our partner PF TECH help keep costs manageable as you grow.
Subsidies for Grassroots Organizations
We believe cost should not prevent grassroots organizations from getting professional support. We offer temporary subsidies to qualifying organizations to help you access the services you need while you build sustainable funding. Our goal is to support your growth so you can eventually cover these costs independently.
How we fund subsidies:
Our Board of Directors determines eligibility criteria for subsidies. Ask about this during your consultation if cost is a concern.
Project-Based Consulting
Need help with a specific project rather than ongoing support? We offer project-based consulting for things like system implementations, operational reviews, or specialized initiatives. These projects are priced individually based on scope and complexity.
Project work is available for organizations of any size and is ideal when you need focused, specialized help for a defined period rather than ongoing support.
